Was referred by a friend to Ken’s Automotive. I brought my ‘85 BMW 635 Csi to repair the ABS system and cruise control. Other shops could not resolve the issues. Within 24 hours I received a call from Tino the owner that the car was fixed and ready to pick up. The other shops had the car for over 4 weeks. Tino found and repaired the issues overnight…no parts needed. He’s a magician! Thank you Tino and Drew.

The 3 gentleman at the shop We’re extremely respectful at attempted and explained the issues completely to me. Tina went above and beyond by driving me back to Sedona to my home as I had to leave my car there and wait for the parts. They did their best to get the parts as quickly and take care Of my car ASAP. I was able to pick it up the next afternoon. I would definitely recommend Ken’s To anyone having car issues are in need of service.🙂

I wanted to give 10 stars, but there was only 5 available! My Mini Cooper broke down on Butler last week with the clutch going right to the floor. I had AAA tow me to Ken’s. I had service at Ken‘s before so I knew they would do a good job. They analyzed the problem proposed a potential fix and their fix worked! What could’ve easily been a two week project. The guys at Ken‘s made it only a two day project and that’s only because they had to get a part out of Phoenix. Highly recommended!

I came to Ken’s after getting an initial estimate from another shop for a second opinion. I have a 2019 BMW 330i and when I brought it in, it only took 10 mins to find out what the issue was. I saved over $4000 when I decided to check with Ken’s. They ordered the parts I needed and I got my vehicle back the next day! These are honest and sweet guys working in the shop and I appreciate them for getting me back on the road in a timely manner!

Kens Auto Imports was very knowledgeable and accommodating.. I needed an oil change quickly and they were not only able to the order synthetic oil but get me in the next day!
